Christina Aguilera may be getting more dough for the sale of her son’s first baby photos, but it’s official, Nicole Richie is highly-favored over her fellow new mom by the staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Both twentysomethings delivered baby bundles at the Los Angeles-area hospital within twenty-four hours of one another, and while Nicole was humble and witty with hospital patients and staff, Xtina is described as a tiny tyrant. “The nurses were happy to see her go!”

“Nicole was a big hit with the nurses and the other women giving birth. She bought six other mothers having babies the same day ‘push gifts,’ including gift certificates to Target, teddy bears, balloons and a card wishing them luck. She also had all of the nurses in stitches with her wry humor.”
