Zeta jones is NOT qualified to play Susan. Jones is a cold person, lacking vulnerability on screen. Let the real SusanBoyle play Susan Boyle. Please greedy Zeta Jones, keep doing Clooney’s movies. No talent is necessary for those.

I love Catherine, but I think Hollywood should leave Susan Boyle alone. There are plenty of good books to make into screen plays without screwing up Susan’s life.

Susan Boyle has been consistently denegrated as being an “ugly duckling”. So why choose a swan to play her part? I believe it may be a choice dictated by the fact that Hollywood does not know how to do “ordinary”, let alone unattractive and is under the impression that America is too shallow to see in an actress anything but flawless beauty. Catherine,as Susan, looks like an older cousin of herself. Has Hollywood no talent beyond the usual spectacular beauty? Susan Boyle is unusual, in talent and circumstances . So why not stretch and see if there is someone beyond the typical to play her part? I think that the entertainment media is buffering itself from the shock that such a role could be carried off by anyone but a swan. Isn’t that in itself, what made Susan a senation to begin with? Maybe Hollywood could search: search for an uncommon actress and search itself for the shallowness evidenced by suggesting Zeta-Jones as a credible option.

I keep seeing negative words about Ms. Boyle’s looks. The only thing she could use is a shaping of the brows. Her face looks pretty to me. As to being a performer, all she has to do is to make recordings if she wants.
