Just a month after filing for divorce from Canadian rocker Deryck Whibley, the 25 year old singing star has been secretly dating the former That ’70s Show actor, insiders tattle to Life & Style Magazine. We hear the new couple enjoyed a romantic night out at Nobu in West Hollywood on late last month and were again spied partying at Wonderland Nightclub in Los Angeles on Nov. 14.

“She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other’s ear, laughing,” a tipster divulged.

The 29-year-old actor, who found fame as funny foreign exchange student Fez on the long-running sitcom That ’70s Show, will play a fictionalized version of the popular dog-trainer-to-the-stars in a new FOX comedy, Variety reports.

The proposed comedy will be based on the life of the Mexican-born canine expert’s, whose show, Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, has been a hit on National Geographic since its premiere in 2004.

Wilmer, who, in addition to Lohan, has been romantically linked to actresses Mandy Moore and Jennifer Love Hewitt, hosts weekly karaoke nights at the club. As soon as Rihanna arrived, the former star of That 70s Show couldn’t keep his eyes off her, according to a scoop from The Mirror.

Soon, the pair were chatting endlessly.

“Rihanna looked so pretty and Wilmer could hardly take his eyes off her,” says a source. “They were chatting and laughing for ages. They looked pretty cozy and relaxed in each other’s company. Wilmer was all charm and even had a bottle of champagne for Rihanna,” the tipster adds.

Apparently Rihanna has been listening to the unsocialited advice of celebrity domestic violence counselors, like daytime talking heads Oprah Winfrey and Tyra Banks. The “Umbrella” crooner is reportedly “taking a break” from alleged batterer Chris Brown, and a new romance may already be on the horizon for the embattled star.

Rihanna, 21, has raised suspicions that she may be ready to move on with notorious ladies man Wilmer Valderrama after she was spied flirting with the former star of That ’70s’ Show during one of her recent nights out on the town in Los Angeles, The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting.

Wilmer, as you may already know, has successfully scored with a long list of Hollywood hotties, including Lindsay Lohan, Ashlee Simpson (before she was Ashlee Simpson-Wentz), Mandy Moore, and even Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Actor Wilmer Valderrama has given Lindsay Lohan’s same-sex romance with DJ Samantha Ronson the thumbs-up.

An 18-year-old Lindsay dated the former star of That ’70s Show for four months in 2004. Nonetheless, the 28-year-old Wilmer says her wishes the lesbian couple well.

“As long as Lindsay is safe and Samantha is happy, I really have no opinion other than, ‘Go on and do your thing,’” Wilmer replied when quizzed on his opinion about the romance by PEOPLE Magazine last weekend.

“Samantha has been a very good friend of mine for many years and Lindsay is one of my loves. She’s a love of mine that I will always hold very dear to me. Honestly, as long as they’re both happy.”

Rumer Willis, Kristin Cavallari, Christina Milian, Josie Maran, Pete Wentz, Corbin Bleu and Wilmer Valderrama are lending their celebrity to the Spring/Summer 2008 ad campaign of Wal-Mart’s junior’s line, Op. Op will launch exclusively at Wal-Mart and walmart.com later this Spring.

The concept of the campaign is “OPen Road” and celebrates Op’s historical open road California lifestyle, which the brand has represented since the original launch in 1972. The campaign will continue to follow the Op cast as they head into fall with a back to school campaign that will debut in August, Wal-Mart said in a statement released to the press on Wednesday.

“When you think of LA and the classic surfer beach vibe, you think of Op. The Op collection does a great job representing that lifestyle,” says celebspawn Rumer Willis.

Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz agrees: “Everyone can wear Op and its cool. Fashion should make you comfortable and that is what Op does.”
