The world-famous Madame Tussauds Museum has paid tribute to late singing legend Whitney Houston by creating four distinct wax figures in the star’s likeness. Whit has joined the scores of celebs — including Samuel L. Jackson, Rihanna and Justin Bieber — to be immortalized with a Tussauds doppelganger.

Cissy Houston speaks out on Whitney’s death

It has been nearly a year since Whitney Houston died inside her hotel suite at the Beverly Hilton Hotel during the Grammy weekend festivities.

Cissy, 79, has written a memoir, Remembering Whitney, in which she discusses Whitney’s drug use, her career and the night of her death. “I’m angry she died alone, in those conditions,” Cissy says. “I’m still mad about that.” Read the rest of this entry »

Madame Tussauds Whitney Houston Wax Tribute

The world-famous Madame Tussauds Museum is paying tribute to late singing legend Whitney Houston by creating four distinct wax figures in the star’s likeness. Whit will join the scores of celebs — including Samuel L. Jackson, Rihanna and Justin Bieber — to be immortalized with a Tussauds doppelganger. Each creation will become part of the Permanent Exhibits at each of the museum’s U.S. based attractions; New York, Washington, DC, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Was Whitney Houston murdered?

The National Enquirer is claiming that there is proof legendary songstress, Whitney Houston, didn’t die from an accidental drug overdose last year…but that she was murdered.

Private Investigator, Paul Huebl, claims he has Houston’s killers on tape and is turning the footage over to the FBI: “I have evidence that points to Whitney being a victim of a high-powered drug dealers who sent thugs to collect a huge debt she owed for drugs.” Huebl’s interview will be published on Thursday in the tabloid. Usher, Celine Dion Tapped for Whitney Houston Tribute

Jennifer Hudson, Celine Dion and Usher are among the musicians who will pay tribute to Whitney Houston in an upcoming TV special.

We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston will include the late songbird’s most memorable performances and interviews, The Recording Academy said Thursday.
The special will be recorded at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Oct. 11.
