Some bobblehead is suing Victoria’s Secret because she injured her eye while putting on her thong underwear. (Insert eye-rolling here.) Macrida Patterson, of Los Angeles, California, says a piece of metal from her decorative Vic’s Secret butt floss popped into her eye while she was getting dressed.

Adriana Lima is turning in her V-Card for an engagement ring. The Brazilian supermodel is engaged to NBA player Marko Jaric. Marko, the Minnesota Timberwolves’ starring Serb, popped the question as Adriana celebrated her twenty-seventh birthday on Thursday. Adriana and Marko have been dating for nine months.
“He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn’t be more in love,” says the model’s publicist James Weir.
Juicy is suing Victoria’s Secret. Juicy Couture Inc. filed a suit against Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. on Tuesday, alleging the lingerie brand copied Juicy’s trademarked designs to market for its PINK line of intimate apparel. In 2007, Victoria’s Secret began ripping off packaging shaped like lollipops, bonbons and ice-cream cones, Juicy claims it first developed in 2005 for it’s own Sweet Shoppe collection.
