Vanessa Minnillo has reportedly fallen into the lanky arms of That 70s Show star Topher Grace.

Just days after announcing her split from singer Nich Lachey after three years of dating, Vanessa and Topher “were on the dance floor and putting the ‘dirty’ in dirty dancing, kissing and grinding,” spywitness tell RadarOnline.

Former boy bander Nick Lachey and teen beauty queen turned MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo have broken up after three years of dating.

“They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another,” a publicist for Vanessa, 28, tells PEOPLE.

Nick, 35, began dating Vanessa shortly of his divorce from singer Jessica Simpson in June 2006.

Vanessa Minnillo was thisclose to landing a role on The CW’s upcoming revival of the ’90s soap Melrose Place. That’s why the former MTV VJ was devastated to learn that she’d lost the part that would have seen her working side by side with Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, the former sister-in-law of her boyfriend Nick Lachey.

“She was down to the wire to be a series regular,” a friend tells Star. “When she found out she didn’t get the role she was devastated.”
