On Wednesday’s edition of The Tyra Banks Show, former supermodel Tyra Banks reveals for the first time how she recently shed more than 20 pounds.

Joined by her nutritionist Heather Bauer, the Emmy-winning talk show host is dedicating tomorrow’s show to sharing step-by-step tips on her healthy new lifestyle and challenging fans to get in shape.

“This is not a diet, I do not believe in diets. I have been on diets in the past and they are a bunch of bologna, this is a lifestyle change,” she declares in a promo for Wednesday show.. “It’s not about being skinny; it’s about getting in the best shape that you can be. This is a ‘Tyra Show’ movement. If I can do it and I love to lay up and not work out, and I love me some BBQ ribs and some ice cream and some Haagen Daaz, if I can do this, you can do this and still eat what you want, just not every second. It is time to get your shape in shape!”

Tyra maintains her “34DD boobies and her round booty.”

Eddie Murphy and his teen daughter Bria will be making an appearance on the finale of The CW’s America’s Next Top Model on Nov. 18.

Will the comedy legend be lending his fashion sense to the catwalk mavens? Not quite. According to E!’s Kristin Dos Santos, Eddie will be in the house to cheer on Bria, who will appear with the Top Model finalists in the show. Get ready for a poopy episode of The Tyra Banks Show this Friday, Oct. 16, when the former supermodel goes where no Emmy-winning model mogul has gone before — up your butt and around the corner. In a daytime first, Tyra Banks will air the first-ever televised colonic, performed by a licensed colonhydrotherapist, on tomorrow’s show.

Why can’t she just expose cheaters and do paternity tests like Maury?

She may be a Emmy-winning talk show hostess, but this Monday night, former supermodel Tyra Banks will be taking a break from daytime for a guest appearance on The CW’s R-rated teen drama Gossip Girl.

The experience was a hair-raising one for Tyra, who went through a record six hair changes during filming for her guest spot back in August.

“The people at Gossip Girl tell me I set a Gossip Girl hair change record. I had SEVEN hair changes, every single scene you see is some new hair on my head,” Tyra tells PEOPLE.

This week’s Gossip features Tyra as the fictional Ursula Nyquist, an award-winning actress playing stage legend Josephine Baker in an Oscar-worthy movie about the French Resistance during World War II.

What we wouldn’t give to have been a fly on the wall backstage at last month’s Daytime Emmy Awards. Word on the Celebrity Snitch Circuit claims small screen headshrinker Dr. Phil McGraw had a cow when the Emmy gods snubbed his daytime series in favor of the celeb-studded hit hosted by former supermodel Tyra Banks.

Despite wife Robin’s attempts to console him, Phil was livid when The Tyra Banks Show edged for the Best Informative Talk Show prize, The National Enquirer reports in its Sept. 21 issue.
“Dr. Phil was upset,” says an eyewitness, who was on hand for the self-help guru’s backstage meltdown. “He thought he was a shoo-in to win….It seems like his best days are behind him.”

“I wish I was more of a diva,” fashion-model-turned-TV-mogul Tyra Banks told ABC’s Nightline in an interview Tuesday. “I wish [I] was harder, I wish I didn’t care so much about being the nice girl all the time. Because a lot of the time people can take kindness for weakness … so I wish I had a little bit more ‘oomph’ in me.”

Tyra’s “diva” attitude has been blamed for a number of changes behind the judges’ table on her hit CW series, America’s Next Top Model. In recent years, former ANTM judges Janice Dickinson and Paulina Porizkova haven’t been shy about criticizing the model competition, but that not a topic Tyra’s willing to get into.

“I don’t know,” she told host Cynthia McFadden. “Why do you think?”

And another question Tyra doesn’t like to answer? The rumors about her romantic life.

“Oprah told me don’t talk about your man unless you want the whole world in your business,” Tyra remarked. “I said OK.”
