Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott celebrated the birth of their first daughter on Monday, People Magazine confirms. Stella Doreen McDermott was delivered via C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon. The healthy baby girl weighed in at 6 lbs., 8 oz. Stella joins big brother Liam Aaron, who celebrated his first birthday in March.
