Katie Holmes is reportedly expecting her second child with Tom Cruise.

Rumors of a second pregnancy hit the couple after Katie was spotted with a suspicious bump under her loose-fitting dress in Madrid last weekend.

“Katie and Tom are thrilled about having another baby on the way,” a source tells the British tabs. “She is glowing with happiness.”

A woman already associated with celebrity stalking was arrested outside of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ Beverly Hills home on Thursday.

Emily Diane Leatherman, 32, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. for violation of a court order and possession of stolen property, Beverly Hills police have confirmed.

Police would not reveal what the specific court order or stolen property was, however, they did say the lifted items were unrelated to Tom & Katie’s home.

In June 2006, a judge ordered Leatherman to stay at least 500 feet away from John Cusack, after the actor claimed she had been stalking him for over a year.

In his request for the restraining order, Cusack said Leatherman was “showing unusual interest by stalking, throwing long letters of interest over my fence in bags with rocks and screwdrivers inside, making unannounced visits to offices of people I work with in an attempt to meet with me and listing my address as her own during a recent arrest.”

Cusack said he had never met Leatherman, yet her mail has been arriving at his home. The woman has suggested in letters that she wants “a normal life and home” with Cusack, and threatened to hurt herself if he doesn’t help her, according to the papers.

Katie Holmes begins working on Mad Money next month. The film will be the former “Dawson’s Creek” star’s first movie since marrying Tom Cruise, and she wants to bring her daughter along to the Shreveport, La., set. Well, Tom no likey that idea.

Hubby wants to rearrange his schedule so that he can travel to Louisiana – and spend the entire six weeks of filming with Katie and Suri. “Tom wants to be with Katie at all times,” says a family friend.

Katie Holmes is having problems finding work because of her marriage to kooky Tom Cruise and her Scientology faith, according to Hollywood snitches.

The British Mirror reports that one-half of TomKat has hired agent to relaunch the Batman Begins star. Studios reportedly aren’t jumping at the chance to take on Katie.

“Studios may be gun-shy of her new status as a tabloid fixture,” a movie insider told the Wall Street Journal on Sunday. “And her expectations may be raised as the new Mrs Cruise. Stars of much bigger stature, including Meg Ryan and Demi Moore, have found it tough to regain their momentum after taking time off.”

Katie couldn’t strike a deal to appear in the sequel to Batman Begins. The actress will co-star in the upcoming comedy Mad Money alongside Queen Latifah.
