Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes are reportedly renegotiating their marriage contract — and Katie’s upping the ante!
According to scoop from Australia’s Woman’s Day, the couple’s contract will expire on their third wedding anniversary later this month, and the actress is said to be increasing her demands on everything from her clothing allowance to her negotiated fee for providing a sibling for the couple’s young daughter, Suri.
Katie, 30, has called in her lawyer dad to help her demand for an extra 500,000 dollars for supporting Cruise’s controversial faith in Scientology; she’s demanding an increase in her annual clothing allowance from $750,000 dollars to $2 million dollars.
Katie is also vying for a role in the next Mission: Impossible film.

A source told Closer magazine: “Katie and Tom really splurge on Suri, and as they’re so famous they always get the top fashion designers to custom make her clothes.”

“After an evening with David, Tom decided to have a friendly chat with Victoria about the family’s future, saying it was because he cared so much about all of them,” a source revealed to The Daily Express over the weekend.

David and Victoria Beckham named their third and youngest son after pal Tom Cruise. The soccer star and former pop star wife became close friends with the Top Gun star in 2003,and when the pair welcomed a new baby in 2005, they used the eccentric actor as the inspiration behind the naming of little Cruz Beckham.
“I must admit, when Victoria and I met Tom, I remember turning around to Victoria and saying, ‘Cruise is a great name, but we could spell it different.’ And also, living in Spain, Cruz is spelled the way it is in Spanish. So that’s why we got it,” the soccer ace told writer Grant Wahl for the new biography The Beckham Experiment.
David and Victoria have two other sons, Brooklyn, 10, and Romeo, who is six.
