Carrie, who won American Idol in 2005, has gone on to win several Grammy, American Music, and Country Music Association awards, following the release of her platinum-selling albums, Some Hearts and Carnival Ride. Carrie was voted the most popular Idol by fifty-four percent of the voters polled Kelly Clarkson, who won the first season of Idol in 2002, came in a distant second with twenty-six percent of votes. Barbados-born singer Rihanna will release a Reloaded edition of her platinum-selling LP Good Girl Gone Bad is June 5th. Good Girl, Rihanna’s third studio release, spawned the Grammy Award-winning single “Umbrella.” Good Girl Gone Bad-Reloaded will include seven tracks from the original album, in addition to four new tracks, including “Take a Bow” and a remix of Maroon 5’s “If I Never See Your Face Again.” The re-release is also accompanied by a concert DVD (Rihanna in Manchester) and a documentary about the star.
