Funnygal Tina Fey is developing a theatrical follow-up to her wildly-successful 2004 teen comedy Mean Girls, which featured Lindsay Lohan (The Pre-Cocaine Years) as a spunky high schooler who takes on the sassiest clique in school. The film also made stars out of Rachel McAdams and Amanda Seyfried.
