As of Monday morning, bidding for Tila’s sparkly red boob bust has already reached $60,300.
The auction continues through Nov. 7.

The former star of MTV’s A Shot At Love… believes “justice has not been served” after the San Diego District Attorney’s office dropped assault charges against her ex-boyfriend, San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman. Tila, real name Tila Nguyen, claims Merriman threw her to the ground and choked her during an altercation at his San Diego home last Sunday.
District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis has dismissed charges against San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman, who is accused of choking and assaulting former reality star Tila Tequila in his San Diego home last Sunday.
The pair had been dating since July.
Tila a citizen’s arrest warrant charging Merriman with felony counts of battery and false imprisonment. On Friday afternoon, Dumanis said there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Merriman committed a crime.
“This case is now closed,” the DA said in a statement.

According to 10News.com, the fight that lead to Merriman’s arrest last weekend after Tequila walked into his bedroom she found him with two other women. After the NFL asked her to join them, Tequila stormed out and threatened to have sex with one of his friends, that’s when Merriman allegedly tossed the 4-foot-11-inch star to the ground and began violently choking her.
Merriman denies attacking his girlfriend of two months and insists he was simply trying to keep a very intoxicated Tila from driving under the influence.

According to Merriman: “On September 6, 2009 the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a citizen’s complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. Authorities in San Diego say San Diego Chargers star linebacker Shawne Merriman has been arrested on suspicion of choking and restraining a MySpace vixen turned TV reality star as she tried to leave his Southern California home.
San Diego County Sheriff’s Lt. Gary Steadman says Tila Tequila, 27, placed a distress call from a home in Poway, north of San Diego, early Sunday. Her boyfriend, Merriman, was later charged with battery and false imprisonment.
A lawyer for Merriman has denied all charges against his sportstar client, insisting he was simply truing to prevent an “extremely inebriated” Tequila from travelling home when he didn’t deem it safe for her to do so alone.
“During the evening, Ms. Tequila was extremely intoxicated, inebriated and Mr. Merriman did everything he could to assist her in arranging for transportation to leave his home,” Todd Macaluso, Merriman’s attorney, said in a statement Sunday. “At no time did Mr. Merriman assault her; at no time did Mr. Merriman keep her against her will. His intentions were nothing but good.”
Tila was taken to a hospital followng the incident. She began dating Merriman in July, sparking a bitter feud with his former flame, hip-hop video vixen Gloria Velez. The petite minx, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, is best known for her MTV dating reality show, A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila.
Tila Tequila has denied rumors that she is pregnant in a new entry on her MySpace blog. In a series of Tweets posted to her Official Twitter page last month, the petite MySpace celeb turned reality television personality sparked speculation that she had become pregnant after a liason with a hip-hop heavyweight. Tila later deleted the messages, but has grown increasingly frustrated with the resurgence of the rumors in recent weeks.
In a post titled “Clearing Up All the Rumors,” the former Shot at Love star wrote: “I just feel the need to clear up the rumors for all of my fans because I care about you and want you to know the truth!” Tequila wrote. “The point is … maybe I was pregnant, or maybe I wasn’t pregnant. I think that is something very personal but I’m going to clear that up now and say that I am not currently pregnant.”
“So there you go!” she adds. “Let’s move on now! NEXT!”
