Whitney Port’s high school bestie is joining the cast of The City. Roxy Olin has been cast as Whitney’s new roommate on the spinoff of MTV’s wildly-popular docudrama The Hills.
“I’ve grown up with Whitney,” the actress — who also appears on the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters — told PEOPLE. “I danced with her for four years in high school, and our boyfriends were best friends, so we were always friends. Reality TV brings Whitney Port to tears. The star of MTV’s The City told Cosmo in their May issue that her reality show is just too much to cope with sometimes: “I break down a couple of times a week, at least. It gets overwhelming. Sometimes I think that I can’t take this anymore. I just want to live a normal life.”
