Swine flu has come to Wisteria Lane!

The set of Desperate Housewives is on swine flu alert this Wednesday, after series star star Teri Hatcher informed the show that she was recently diagnosed with the potentially fatal H1N1 virus.

Teri’s diagnosis comes at crunchtime for the top-rated ABC drama, which had been shooting scenes for the commuter plane that is expected to kill of several characters. Scenes with the entire cast have had to be rescheduled while Teri recuperates.

Did you get to see the same-sex smooch on ABC’s Desperate Housewives last night?

Teri Hatcher and Eva Longoria locked lips on Sunday night’s episode, after Hatcher’s character Susan Mayer talks about a kiss she shared with a lesbian school teacher earlier in the show.

Gabrielle (Longoria) kisses Susan (Hatcher) twice to see if it was a “lesbian kiss” or a “friends kiss.”

Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher will share a same-sex lip lock on an upcoming episode of their ABC Desperate Housewives, TV tatles at Celebuzz squealed on Thursday.

Teri Hatcher appeared on The View on Friday, as Desperate Housewives nears it’s Sunday night Season Finale.

Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher has exiled herself from the cast of the hit ABC soap. Teri has become so disenfranchised with her co-stars that the actress refused to attend the forty-sixth birthday bash for Desperate creator Marc Cherry on March 23rd and has commenced to giving the show’s entire crew the silent treatment.

Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher performed American Idol 4 champ Carrie Underwood’s hit single “Before He Cheats” for Idol Gives Back 2008.

Teri Hatcher will sing at American Idol’s Idol Gives Back Charity Benefit on Sunday (airing on Wednesday), the New York Daily News reports. The Desperate Housewife will back up The Band From TV, which includes James Denton, Hugh Laurie, Greg Grunberg, and Bonnie Somerville.

Cosmetics company Hydroderm has filed a lawsuit against Teri Hatcher citing breach of contract. The corp claims the Desperate Housewives star has been using City Cosmetics product to plump her lips rather than Hydroderm serum she was paid $2.4 million to promote.
