Oh look — it’s Taylor Lautner as a gun-toting, makeshift gumshoe. Lionsgate Pictures has released the first promotional poster for the theatrical release of Abduction, a motion picture drama featuring the teen Twilighter and his real-life girlfriend, Lily Collins.

In the movie, Taylor plays a teenager who discovers that he was kidnapped as a child after his picture shows up on a missing-persons website. As he sets out to uncover the truth about his past, he realizes his life is in danger and goes on the run. Well, that’s quite a change from Taylor’s typical fang-baring role as lovestruck werewolf Jacob in The Twilight Saga.

Abduction opens Sept. 23.

Breaking Dawn’s Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may have taken home the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss for a third year in a row, but it was another liplock at the weekend ceremony that has all the TwiHards talking! After taking the stage to accept their Golden Popcorn Award, R-Pattz told Kristen — his rumored real-life girlfriend — that there was someone else that he’d rather get intimate with.

“I just think there’s someone else in the audience who I think will appreciate it a little more,” Robert said before seeking out Taylor, who was seated in the audience, and gifted co-star with a smooch right on the smacker.

Taylor Lautner won the heart of actress Lily Collins after meeting the beauty, 21, on the set of his upcoming thriller Abduction four months ago.

Now the bulked-up young millionaire has turned his efforts to impressing his co-star-turned-galpal’s doting dad, Genesis legend Phil Collins.
