In this amateur video shot in a New York City park last Friday, the Police Academy star is filmed as he leisurely works out nude from the waist down.

When cameramen politely approached “The Goot” to inquire about why he was prancing around NYC with his ass out, wouldn’t you know the ’80s film star had the audacity to behave as if nothing was wrong.

Steve Guttenberg lost his damn mind on New York’s Upper West Side on Wednesday. The actor, best known for his roles in 80s blockbusters like Police Academy, Ghostbusters, and Three Men and A Baby, went ballastic when he spotted a videographer filming him on an afternoon jog.
