After Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were bumped from The TODAY Show Monday, the preppy former frat boy took to his Twitter.com to post vile messages about beloved TODAY meterologist/correspondent Al Roker — who famously feuded with the reality couple following their appearance on the show last June.

“@alroker WEATHERMAN I thought you were out of town today getting your stomache [sic] stapled again?” Pratt snarled, before thundering into a series of barbs about Al’s weight gain and three marriages.

Roker’s response? The high road.

“Folks, stay on the high road in dealing with people who toss anger and hate here on Twitter. Don’t stoop to their level,” he Tweeted early Tuesday.

Just strangle us now!

Pratt, 26, and Montag, 23, are shopping a reality show to different television networks based on their “everyday lives.” “You don’t get to see our everyday lives and what we do,” Heidi told The Associated Press Monday. But don’t worry, Heidi and manbag will still be around for plenty of tomfoolery every Monday night on MTV’s The Hills while filming their own series.

The reality couple you love to hate are currently promoting their new book, How To Be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture.

“WEATHERMAN I thought you were out of town today getting your stomache stapled again?” Spencer Tweeted to Roker early Monday morning. “you look very sick? Do you always look like your about to die? How old are you 97? You should retire asap- No one would even know?”

A taunting Spencer continued, “I heard you snitched on your own kids at school! I bet your kids HATE you!! I would if my own dad came to my school and snitched me.”

“is it true you have been married 6 times? I’m sure all your wives left you when they realized you were abusive to women! Sicko!” Pratt wrote about Roker, who is currently married to his third wife, ABC news anchor Deborah Roberts.

Al has yet to respond to Spencer’s comments. The feud between The TODAY Show correspondent and the reality villains began last June when the pair appeared on the talk show to promote their appearance on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! Heidi and Spencer were upset by their portrayal during the interview and later accused Al of subjecting them to an unnecessarily harsh line of questioning.

“Due to a change in the show’s schedule, we had to cancel the interview with Spencer and Heidi Pratt,” a rep for the morning show said.

The appearance with TODAY meterologist Al Roker would have been the reality couple’s first on TODAY since they pair famously sparred with Roker on the program last June.

“We wouldn’t want to piss them off. She might steal Spencer — you know, because she steals people’s husbands!” Heidi tells Playboy.com. “….We’d love to sit down and discuss fame with them. Consider this your formal invitation, Brangelina. Let’s hang out sometime. We’ll be SpeidiLina!”

Next week, reality TV’s most terrible twosome will have their first meeting with Roker since their tense interview with the TODAY weatherman back in June.

After leaving NBC’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here last summer, Spencer and Heidi made a series of promotional appearances, including one on the morning program, where they were interviewed by Al who questioned the couple about their notoriously bad behavior.

Heidi cried afterwards and Spencer even threatened to take Al down in a one-on-one boxing match — but it appears the two will meet on as the couple promotes their new book, How To Be Famous, on TODAY Nov. 16.

How to Be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture, expected to be released later this month, will share lessons the famous for absolutely nothingcouple has learned during their travels through the celebrity world.

With chapter titles like “Pretty on the Outside” and “The Paps Are Your Friends,” it appears we’re all in for a laugh.

“We co-wrote this book,” Heidi explained in June. “It’s going to be a life-changing book to civilization.”

Spencer chimed in: “It’s a ‘How To’ guide, something that Heidi and I specialize in. We’ve been working on this book for the last two years, you know, all of our strategies and things that we have learned through the ropes of — let’s say — pop culture.”

In fact, Spencer recently threatened to divorce Heidi if the 23-year-old becomes pregnant anytime soon.

“Heidi’s mom had her when she was 19 years old, so she’s got this whole young mom theory that I just found out about. But I keep telling her, you can still be a young mom at 27 – chill out! She’s not having it though,” Spencer told The New York Post’s PopWrap on Tuesday.

“OK, I’m gonna get crass here – but we’re barely having sex because I’m scared that she’s gonna have a baby. That’s the level our marriage is on right now. I’m not even kidding – my wife has me debating cutting off my nuts,” he lamented.

As baby crazy as she is, Spencer said he doesn’t think Heidi would trick him into having child.

“She’s not the kind of person who would lie – she would just walk away and not answer the question,” he continued. “So yes, I’m very concerned. Our sex life has dramatically changed recently.”
