NSFW: So last night, one of the oh-so graceful and limber contestants on So You Think You Can Dance forgot that going commando probably isn’t the best idea when you’re about to make an appearance on national television.

Panties are our friends, ladies.

The woman, known only as ‘Contestant 22036′, was featured on a montage clip of those who made it through to the semi-final round in Las Vegas. After receiving the good news, she falls to the floor in amazement and rolls over revealing her…er…lady parts.

Here’s a NSFW remix video of the unedited crotch shot that’s making the rounds on the blogosphere this Wednesday. (Keep Your Eyes On The Black Girl In The White Dress.) Hilarious!

Katie Holmes will perform on the milestone 100th episode of FOX’s summer reality hit So You Think You Can Dance this Thursday, July 23.

In this sneak peek video from tomorow’s show, the actress chats with host Cat Deeley about her “Get Happy” song-and-dance tribute to entertainment legend Judy Garland, as well as The Dizzy Feet Foundation — a newly-formed charity group helping underprivileged children become professional dancers.

“It is to give scholarships to these young kids,” Katie tells Cat of the charity — which was a collaborative effort with Nigel Lythgoe, Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba and director and choreographer Adam Shankman. “I think it is important to experience music and dancing and singing and the arts and sports. This is the next generation. I think it is important to give them every opportunity to grow and discover what it is that they like and to have access to the best.”
