Snoop Dogg has been bitten by Hollywood’s new fangled obsession with bloodsuckers.

“You know I’m down with it,” the rapper told MTV News of HBO’s vampire drama True Blood, which he name-drops on his latest single, “Gangsta Luv.” “I love that show. I wish I could be on it. I’d be a hell of a vampire, don’t you think?”

In fact, Snoop wouldn’t mind making a cameo appearance as a vampire on the supernatural series.

“So what’s happenin’? ‘True Blood,’ get at me — Snoop Dogg wants to be a vampire,” he said. He already has experience; Snoop starred as the undead narrator in the 2006 horror anthology Snoop Dogg’s Hood Of Horror.

Snoop just updated his Twitter account with a message letting all fans know to keep a close eye on the World Famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in the coming months. Why? Because the West Coast hip-hop boss is the next celeb in line to be immortalized in wax!
