Is X Factor judge, Simon Cowell dating for Pussycat doll, Carmen Electra?

According to InTouch magazine, Cowell, 53, Carmen, 40, shared an intimate dinner together at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood Saturday night. The pair met with Carmen made a guest appearance back in February on Britain’s version of of X Factor.
