Shania slips! Thanks to a pair of stunning high heels and perfectly waxed floors, singing superstar Shania Twain took a nasty spill at last night’s Country Music Television Music Awards in Nashville.
Twain’s tumble came as she approached the stage in the Bridgestone Arena to present the Male Video of the Year to Blake Shelton. After initially looking as if might have been in pain after the fall, she quickly recovered and laughed off the snafu. Shortly after the show, Twain uploaded a YouTube video laughing about “making a fool of myself.”
