Tequila — whose real name is Tila Nguyen –claims the X-rated footage has been obtained illegally because the video was stored on a computer she reported stolen in 2007. She’s threatening to sue the website’s ownerss if they fail to take down the tape.

“A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if (the footage) is not removed,” Cyrus Nownejad, Tila’s attorney, told TMZ.com Tuesday.

The leaked footage is one of several scandal plaguing the petite reality personality, who sparked fears for her mental health just last week after she stripped naked and masturbated with a tampon during a bizarre live show on Ustream.

Tila was hospitalied in September following an alleged altercation with her ex-boyfriend, San Diego Chargers linebacker player Shawne Merriman, who she accused of choking and attacking her. No charges were filed, but the star is now suing him for $1.5million.

That’s unlikely. Prejean maintains she was only 17 when she sent footage of herself in various states of undress while masturbating to a former boyfriend; although said boyfriend says the now 22-year-old was well out of her teens when she sent him the vids. This week, the blonde’s attorney, Charles LiMandri, mailed a letter over to the folks at Vivid, who now own the rights to the X-rated material, threatening to sue the studio if any video or photos of Carrie in a compromisng position make their way to the public.

According to TMZ.com, Vivid Entertainment — the company behind the Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian sex tapes — claims to have the complete legal rights for the copy it has and plans to release it, but would like to have Prejean’s nod before making the X-rated footage public.

The sex tape episode began when a lawyer for Miss California USA pageant officials, who Prejean recently dragged to court for religious discrimination, produced a copy of the steamy videotape during settlement negotiations. The self-appointed moral matyr promptly dropped her $1 million when she saw the tape and soon arrived at a settlement.

On Friday, RadarOnline.com reported that seven other raunchy tapes of the former pageant queen have emerged along with 30 additional nude snaps. Carrie, who claims she was 17 when she made the video in question, calls the tape “the biggest mistake of my life.”

Jesus would not be pleased.

RadarOnline.com is reporting that there are as many as nude photos and eight sex tapes of the right-wing former Miss California floating around out there.

Prejean calls the sex tape she made for an ex-boyfriend several years ago “the biggest mistake of my life.” The blonde claims she shot the erotic video of herself alone when she was 17 and later sent it to a boyfriend.

“It was for private use, but does that justify what I did? No. It was the biggest mistake of my life.”

Prejean lost her Miss Californnia crown in June. She believes she was fired because of her opposition to same sex marriage. Pageant organizers said she was skipping official events.

Yeah, right.

“All by myself, I was sending a boyfriend at the time, who I loved and cared about, a video of me,” she said on Hannity last night. “Never did I think it would ever come out. But it was bad judgment. It’s embarrassing. It’s humiliating to be talking about this on national TV, if you can imagine.”
Carrie also alleges that Miss California director Keith Lewis pressured her to get breast implants even after she “expressed reservations” about doing so. In her new book, Still Standing, Carrie writes:

“He told me that he had paid for some of the past Miss Californias to have boob jobs, and that I should seriously consider having the surgery. He said, ‘I really think you need it’…He told me the pageant would pay for it and made it clear it had to happen soon.”

She continues: “Actually, the only thing Keith Lewis put to me were his two big hands and an insistent request, bordering on a demand, that I get breast implants.”

The 22-year-old stunner — who set off a national debate after she used her Christian background to publicy denounce gay marriage during the 2009 Miss USA pageant — is reportedly featured in a “racy” and “graphic” skin flick that threatens to shatter her image as a moral crusader.

According to TMZ.com, the beauty queen only demurred on her suit after organizers threatened to release her sex tape. “Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials — that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork…..”

A joint statement released Tuesday says Prejean and the organizers of the pageant reached a confidential settlement on their dueling lawsuits.

According to TMZ.com, the folks who brought you delightful titles like Kim K Superstar and Debbie Does Dallas…Again will release the official Shauna Sand Sex Tape on Oct. 19 — and Double S isn’t a bit pleased about it.

“Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now,” Shauna said as news of the tape’s existence leaked to the press early Monday.

But Vivid founder Steven Hirsch says his company has every right to hawk the tape, saying, “We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it … We’re comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage.”
