
Scarlett Johansson is releasing a second album. The Golden Globe-nominated actress has announced the release of duets album that will serve as the follow-up to her 2008 debut.
Last year, the Lost in Translation actress released an album of Tom Waits covers entitled Anywhere I Lay My Head. The effort was critically-panned and commercially ill-received.
According to USA TODAY, Scar’s new effort – a collection of duets with singer/songwriter Pete Yorn entitled Break Up – was inspired by Serge Gainsbourg’s 1960s recordings with Brigitte Bardot and was recorded in 2006.
Break Up from Scarlett Johansson will go on sale this September.
