For someone with all the rhythm of a wet noodle, Bristol Palin hoofed her way to an unlikely success on the 11th season of Dancing With the Stars. Although she lost the coveted Mirrorball Trophy (Rightfully so…) to the more deserving Jennifer Grey, Bristol finished third on the ballroom dancing competition.
Not too shabby.
But let comedienne Margaret Cho tell it, Bristol only laced up her dancing shoes for DWTS after her famous mom told her to. We hear Sarah Palin blames the unwed mother for torpedoing her vice-presidential bid with news of her swollen belly two years ago. Cho “heard from someone who really should know” that Sarah forced her daughter to dance so she can run for president in 2012.


Sarah Palin may be ratings gold for TLC — her new travelogue series, Sarah Palin’s Alaska, netted the best series premiere in the network’s history over the weekend — but the former Alaska governor is no match for one of the nation’s best-known socialites.
