In recent months, the star has been busy juggling motherhood with filming on the eagerly-anticipated Sex And The City sequel and awaiting the release of her new romantic comedy, Did You Hear About The Morgans?, opening in theaters Dec. 11.

The Carrie Bradshaw fragrance will be “party in a bottle,” the actress told Women’s Wear Daily on Friday. The SJP NYC scent, which hits shelves at major department stores in February, will reportedly have notes of Italian mandarin, white osmanthus and wild red strawberries. The fragrance will be accompanied by cosmetics bags, bangles, and a reversible tote bag.

“A large part of the inspiration was what I now understand to be people’s impressions of seeing Carrie Bradshaw walk down the street and what feelings that evokes for her and for them — a real sense of freedom and possibilities, a love for the city around her and, of course, fashion.”

In-store appearances and promotions tied to the May 2010 box office premiere of Sex And The City 2 are planned.

High-powered attorney Miranda Hobbs was a kultzy law student back in the day. And while Carrie channeled Madonna, Charlotte was more prep than punk — sporting a lime green skirt, matching sweater around her shoulders, and a pair of white tennis shoes and bobby socks.

SATC co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Sarah Jessica Parker are allegedly on the outs, spies reveal in the August 17 issue of Star Magazine.

We hear Cynthia — who is engaged to marry her partner Christine Marinoni — is giving Sarah Jessica the silent treatment because the fashionista failed to participate in a gay rights rally in New York City last June.

Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker – who recently welcomed new twin daughters Marion and Tabitha via surrogate – are set to live apart, Look Magazine sources say.

The couple has been married for 12 years and have three children together, but recently decided to set-up homes in different parts of New York City because Matthew wants to remain in Manhattan, while Sarah wants to move the children to nearby Brooklyn.

“No one can quite believe it, but it’s clear they’re making the right decision for all the right reasons.”

Sarah is determined for her twins and 6-year-old son to grow up away from the fast-pace of Manhattan.

“It would be a surprising decision to make so soon after the arrival of their twins. Having the babies born healthy and happy was a dream come true, so it’s strange that they might have to spend some time apart at this stage,” says a tattle close to the couple.

“Sarah clearly loves Manhattan, but she has three children now. It might be better for them to grow up somewhere calmer where they can play in the park and feel safe, rather than in the madness of Manhattan.”

“But Matthew loves their townhouse in Manhattan because it’s close to his work on Broadway. He’s currently in negotiations to perform in an off-Broadway theatre production and it wouldn’t make sense for him to commute into town every day for work.”

Barbara Walters announced the Marion and Tabitha’s arrival on The View this morning.

“Sarah Jessica Parker, whom I love, I mean it’s not just ‘Sex and The City,’ she’s such a nice person — she and Matthew Broderick and a surrogate mother just gave birth to twins,” she said. “They have a little boy and now they’re going to have girls.”

“Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are delighted to announce the healthy arrival of their two daughters at 3:58 PM on June 22 in Ohio,” the statement read. “Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick weighed 5 lbs, 11 oz and Tabitha Hodge Broderick weighed 6 pounds. Both Hodge and Elwell are family names on Parker’s side. The babies are doing beautifully and the entire family is over the moon.”

We’re not sure about Marion, but Tabitha is an adorable name.

Actor Matthew Broderick and his wife, Sex And The City star Sarah Jessica Parker, are the parents of twin girls after the couple’s surrogate gave birth at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio on Monday night.

Barbara Walters announced the news in a statement on The View Tuesday morning.

In April, the couple announced that they were using a surrogate to expand their family.

The twin girls are the second and third children for Sarah Jessica, 44, and Matthew, 47. The couple, who have been married since 1997, also have a 6-year-old son, James Wilkie Broderick.
