Just days after her “heartbreaking” split from DJ Samantha Ronson, Lindsay was spotted entering Mark Mahoney’s Shamrock Tattoos–once a regular stomping ground for Lindsay and Sam–on Tuesday night, where she remained until 3 AM getting a new ink.
