Jamie Spears has been granted temporary custody of his pop star daughter, first order of business: get rid of Sam Lufti. Britney Spears’ parents have obtained a restraining against her friend and manager.

As a result of the conservatorship, Jamie has the power to make decisions on Britney’s behalf including those related to her residence, credit cards, finances. He can also ask for restraining orders on behalf of his daughter.

Following her latest public fallout with BFF Sam Lufti, Britney Spears is being prompted by her parents and paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib to dump her unofficial manager.

E! reports that Adnan told the pop star her to choose between him and Sam Lutfi during a lunch date at Jerry’s Famous Deli in Studio City on Wednesday afternoon.

“Adnan feels that Sam is a bad influence in her life and told her she needs to realize this and kick him out.”

Britney Spears is caught in the middle of a battle between BFF Sam Lufti and shutterbug boytoy Adnan Ghalib. Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib entered a bitter argument via text message following Sam’s figh with Britney Spears on Monday night. Sam has warned Adnan that any further contact between the photog and the former pop icon could be the death of her.

Adnan ater told a paparazzi photographer that Sam was sending him threatening text messages, calling him a “manic trigger” and telling him, “If you continue to have any contact with her, you’ll kill her. ”

Britney Spears has suffered another psychotic break. Police were called to the pop star’s Hollywood Hills residence on Monday night to referee a fight between Brit and best pal/manager Sam Lufti. the two ended up in a screaming fight. A crying Britney called boyfriend Adnan Ghalib for help.

“Baby, can you come pick me up?” Ghalib said Spears asked him. He then told her to wait for him inside her house and he would come to pick her up. He was then denied access outside the gates after Sam informed guards that he was not allowed entry. Britney’s parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears, also showed up on the scene to jump to Britney’s rescue.
