Madonna and actress Salma Hayek have been targeted as victims of swine flu in a hoax to spread a computer virus.

A pair of spam messages with the headlines “Madonna/Salma Hayek caught swine flu” will activate harmful computer viruses that cause damage to PCs when opened, according to anti-virus software company McAfee.

Inboxes around the globe have been flooded with the mail and gossip junkies are being advised not to open the emails.

“We see attackers all the time trying to trick us into infecting ourselves through the use of current affairs and popular topics…and here’s a big celebrity who people want to follow the gossip from.”

Salma Hayek breastfed a baby during a recent charity trip to Sierra Leone in Africa.

The boy’s own mother had stopped lactacting, so the 42-year-old Ugly Betty producer, who has one-year-old daughter Valentina with ex-fiancé François-Henri Pinault, decided to nurse the infant herself.

“The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother didn’t have milk,” Salma told cameras for the ABC newsmagazine Nightline. “He was very hungry.”

She explained, “I was weaning my daughter Valentina, but I still had a lot of milk that I was pumping, so I breastfed the baby. When he felt the nourishment, he immediately stopped crying.”

Salma Hayek, who boast one of the fullest bosoms in Hollywood, is putting her cleavage to good use by breastfeeding a starving child in Sierra Leone.

Salma made the decision after meeting a mother who couldn’t produce enough milk to feed her hungry child.

“It’s about women sticking together and we really need to help the children in any way we can,” Salma says.
