
Ryan Seacrest is Fox’s $45 Million Man, thanks to a new contract which is believed to be the most lucrative ever for a reality host.
The American Idol host has closed a major new three-year deal with CKX, parent of Idol producer 19 Entertainment, worth $15 million per year, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
“I’m truly appreciative of being part of a show that has had such an enormous impact on popular culture across all ages,” Ryan said in a statement released Monday. “I look forward to expanding the relationship with Simon Fuller and Bob Sillerman who share the same visionary approach to entertainment media that I strive for with every project.”

Ryan Seacrest is close to sealing a deal which will earn him a big raise if he continues to host American Idol, a source close to the contract negotiations have divulged to The Hollywood Reporter.
Seacrest, who has hosted American Idol since its inception in 2002, earned just under $5 million last season, but the new deal with 19 Entertainment— for an amount which has not disclosed — could make the Emmy-nominated showman the highest paid host in reality TV.

Lindsay Lohan is working on a television reality series that she’s comparing to ABC’s family-friendly hit Exteme Makeover: Home Edition.
The trouble-prone actress was spotted out in Hollywood on Thursday night where they met to discuss doing a possible reality show together about giving people second chances.
“Working on a really great project for television- I am excited!” Lindsay Tweeted over the weekend. “Something meaningful like Extreme Home Makeover on ABC… :)”


Ryan Seacrest is working on producing a reality series featuring actress Lindsay Lohan.
The American Idol host raised eyebrows after he spent Thursday night out on the town with LiLo, and now he’s explaining why.
“Met with Lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her…it helps people and gives others a second shot!” Ryan wrote on his Twitter page on Friday. “Still putting it all together.”
In addition to his work on Idol, Ryan also executive produces a small army of television reality shows, including E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, MTV’s Bromance, and Momma’s Boys on NBC.
