Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are officially dunzo after splitting up in 2006. Their divorce was finalized Friday.

“[The court finds] the parties have settled all their remaining issues in these proceedings,” the court papers, dated June 12th, reportedly read.

Reese and Ryan were married in 1999.

Just when it seemed that the split between one-time American Sweethearts Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon was one of Hollywood’s most Civil, OK! Magazine reports that Ryan has grown upset at how much time the former couple’s two children, eight year old Ava and three year old Deacon, are spending with their mom’s new boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal.

“It’s Jake did this, Jake brought mommy flowers and coffee, Jake says we should recycle,” a friend tells OK!

“Ryan called Reese and suggested she stop letting him (Jake) spend so much time with the kids,” the insider tells OK! “He was pretty irate on the phone. Reese barely let him finish the sentence before she shot back that what she does with her personal life is her business.”

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are now officially divorced. Reese originally filed for the divorce on November 8, 2006, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The pair met during the 1998 filming of cult classic “Cruel Intentions.” They were married in June 1999 in Charleston, South Carolina.

“One club-goer says that Ashlee Simpson and Ryan Phillippe spent about two hours talking, Ryan was mixing vodka cocktails,” Schaffer dished. “They were giggling, having a great time.”
