“The Dean of Drag” is sashaying back to the small screen with a femme-centric spinoff to the wildly-popular reality challenge, RuPaul’s Drag Race.
That’s right, RuPaul has finally opened a “school” where style-challenged ladies (the kind who don’t have to tuck and shave) undergo extreme makeovers – drag queen style. With a little help from guest judges like Kris Jenner and Kelly Osbourne, a team of gender-bending “instructors” will be on-hand to guide the gals through a series of challenges that will ultimately lead to a complete swag-overhaul on RuPaul’s Drag U.
RuPaul sure knows how to get fans in the mood for a new season of high heels, big hair, and drag queens. RuPaul is thrilled to be back for another season of Logo’s RuPaul’s Drag Race… and so is “RuPalin!” Check out Ru’s spoof of Sarah Palin’s Going Rogue — featuring the gender-bending diva on the cover of Going Vogue.
The diva who coined the phrase “You Betta Work!” appeared in an interview with CNN’s Reggie Aqui on Tuesday to promote his new LOGO reality show, RuPaul’s Drag Race, which tries to find America’s next drag entertainer.
