Now that she’s about to rejoin the land of singles, Rosie’s reminiscing about the good old days when she was in the running to be the leading lady of Petra Nemcova and Angelina Jolie.

Blabbing on The Howard Stern Show Monday, Rosie admitted that her relationship with Kelli Carpenter is on the rocks and that the pair — who have four kids together — are considering living apart. Back in the days before Angelina was Angelina, before she met Brad or Billy Bob, she was romancing Rosie over the phone.

“We talked on the phone two or three times, but that was that,” Rosie revealed. “There was a tentative plan to have dinner that never came through. I was a little afraid of her. She’s scary in a sexual kind of way.”

Ro even had a shot at supermodel Petra Nemcova. Rosie told Howard that her staff members made it clear that Petra, who has never confessed to being bisexual, was hitting on her – but the host was too busy interviewing her to notice.

“You would have to have a neon sign that said ‘Rosie, I’m hitting on you’ for me to get it… She did give me her phone number and we did talk on the phone a couple of times.”

“We’re a family. We will remain a family forever. And we are working on our issues,” the former talk show host, 47, told USA Today on Wednesday. Kelli was reportedly not present at their home during the interview.

Rosie would not confirm a National Enquirer scoop claiming that Kelli, 42, had moved out of their Nyack, New York home and relocated to New York City.

Rosie explains that the couple’s four children, Parker, 14, Chelsea, 12, Blake, 9, and 7-year-old Vivienne are their main concern.

“They’re adorable and wonderful and they are by far a priority…Kelli and I love each other very much and we are working on our issues. Those are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties.”

“They get along quite well and have a wicked sense of humor when they’re together. Everyone keeps telling them they need to capture it on camera and now they’ve decided to,” a TV tattle allegedly told the tab.

However, reps for the frenemies — who formerly appeared as commentators on ABC’s The View — say they have no plans to get back in front of the cameras together.

“Ridiculous,” Rosie’s rep told Access Hollywood. “[There’s] no truth to it.”

Star’s publicist also denied the report.

Rosie, who will be hosting her own radio program on Sirius XM later this year, currently appears as a recurring guest star on the Lifetime comedy Drop Dead Diva.

Rosie O’Donnell is sharing her thoughts on the untimely passing of music great Michael Jackson.

In a new blog entry, entitled “What Still Remains,” the outspoken entertainer penned a tribute about the pop phenomenon she calls “The Boy From Gary, Indiana.”

Ro writes:

Rosie O’Donnell is returning to her roots as a talk show host, but this time, instead of the small screen, the chatty comic will be bringing her signature sound to satellite radio.

Rosie will host a daily, two-hour morning talk show, titled Rosie Radio, for Sirius XM Radio Inc, The Associated Press has learned. Listeners will have the opportunity to call in and talk to the star about pop-culture, politics, movie stars, and more.

The former co-host of The View, 47, says the deal came after her candid appearance on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM show earlier this year.

“After I did his show, they called and asked if I was interested. I don’t really listen to radio, so I started thinking about it and listening,” Rosie told The AP on Thursday. “I asked if they could possibly do it at my house because that would really make it convenient for me with four kids, and they said yes, so I was like, ‘Wow. Let’s try that.’”

“I think it’ll be good for me,” Rosie says of the new venture. “I’ve been lucky. I’ve had seven years of early retirement. All my kids are in school now, so all day long I have nothing to do. This was the first year that they were all in school all day, and I found myself very bored. I was saying to Kelli, we either need to get another kid or I’ll have to go back to work.”

Rosie Radio will air Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET (7 a.m. to 9:00 a.m, PT) on SIRIUS XM Stars, SIRIUS channel 102 and XM channel 155.

On Sunday, the outspoken former View moderator returned to her Rosie.com blog after a hiatus to rally behind the Scottish singer.

“Susan Boyle – once in a lifetime. Authentic real, the kind of tv we hardly see anymore in r pre packaged world.”

“Out she came, like Fiona in shrek, reminding us all how to shine inside,” Rosie wrote.

(Wait, did she just compare Susan to an ogre?)

Rosie added that she hopes Susan is not pressured into changing her looks.

“Susan boyle, a woman i hope never gets a make over, her brows forever bushy, reminding the world, where beauty lives.”

The comedienne will host a luncheon with Star Jones, the former attorney she replaced on The View in 2006. Earlier that year, Rosie famously poked fun at Star after the now-ousted View co-host told fans she lost excessive weight through exercise and diet alone; in reality, Star shed more than 200 pounds with the help of gastric bypass surgery.

The lunch date will benefit the Figure Skating in Harlem Skating with the Stars Gala, according to UsMagazine.com. The winning bidder at the auction and a guest will be able to ask Jones and O’Donnell any questions they want during the lunch date.

Mark your calendars for next Thursday and Friday, Feb. 26 and 27 when Rosie O’Donnell appears as a special guest host on The Tyra Banks Show.

Rosie will be appearing in the Lifetime Original Movie, America, on Saturday February 28th at 9:00 PM ET. She plays a psychiatrist who helps a sixteen year old foster boy.

Rosie O’Donnell says she won’t be attempting any more variety shows after the painful debut of her Rosie Live! special last week.

The NBC comedy program was watched by just 5 million people on Wednesday night.

In response to a question on her blog about whether she plans to produce more Rosie Live! shows in the future, the Emmy-winning former daytime host simply writes: “There will b no more. No ratings, bad reviews. yet still – a thrill 4 me.”
