We never thought we’d see the words MTV’s Jersey Shore and “book” in the same sentence, but apparently it doesn’t take much to get published these days.

Jenni “JWoWW” Farley and Ronnie Magro, of the popular reality series Jersey Shore, are fist-pumping their way to a bookseller near you after teaming up to write a guido guide. Don’t ask. The book, entitled Never Fall in Love at the Jersey Shore, will be released by St. Martin’s Press later this year.

What’s next? A memoir from The Situation? Did they have to select two of the most boring members of the cast? Wake us when the publish something by Snooki and Pauly D!

A New Jersey man who says he was beaten during an episode of MTV’s Jersey Shore has lost his bid to stop the release of video footage depicting the brawl. In a Tom’s River courtroom on Monday, Stephen Izzo, 26, of Berkeley, N.J., tried to stop distribution of the DVD box set of the first season of the popular reality series, due out Monday, because it shows him being knocked unconscious by cast member Ronnie Magro after he used racial slurs against Ronnie’s bodyguard.
