True Blood Rolling Stone Magazine Cover Reflective Of Gory, Sexy New Season

A new season of True Blood is upon us and the undead never looked so sexy!

There’s been quite a bit of buzz about the current third season of HBO’s cult hit being replete with violence and sex…lots of sex…so the Sept. 20 Rolling Stone cover — which features a nude and bloody Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, and Alexander Skarsgard — seems to be right in line with what True Blood fans get on the edge of their seats for every Sunday night.

Inside the new issue, Moyer dishes on what makes vampires so attractive:

“If we go from a base level, vampires create a hole in the neck where there wasn’t one before. It’s a de-virginization…creating blood and then drinking the virginal blood. And there’s something sharp, the fang, which is probing and penetrating and moving into it. So that’s pretty sexy.”
