The 46-year-old star of VH1’s reality dating series Rock of Love broke his nose and required three stitches to his lip after he was hit by a large sign being lowered from the ceiling as he exited the stage following the band’s show opening performance.

“He told me, ‘All I remember is Shrek and the Donkey helping me up, and Liza [Minnelli] giving me a towel.’” says Joann Mignano, Bret’s longtime rep.

“And Bret was laughing when he heard [Tonys host] Neil Patrick Harris said he gave new meaning to ‘headbanging,’” Mignano told the magazine.

Bret Michaels is hoping the third really is the charm as he looks to VH1-again-in hope of finding his soulmate. After splitting with Rock of Love Season 2 champ Ambre Lake, Bret has signedon for another season of his wildly-popular dating reality season.

Because the Poison frontman will be taping the show as he criss-crosses the country on tour, the Celebreality network has developed a new concept for Season 3-look out for the premiere of Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels early next year.

The new season will find the rock star on the bus with his lady suitors in a series of challenges, like Truck Stop Olympics, a BBQ cook-off, and Mud Bowl 3, in hopes of winning a place in Bret’s heart.

Rock n’ roll mama Sharon Osbourne has signed on to host the second season of VH1’s Charm School. The former star of MTV’s The Osbournes will try her hand at teaching fourteen Rock of Love rejects how to sit, stand, and chew with their mouths closed. One etiquette-challenged eager beaver will be awarded $100,000. Season One of Charm School, Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School, was hosted by comedienne Mo’Nique.

DUI-driving Bon Jovi star Richie Sambora will replace former Poison rocker Bret Michaels on the next season of VH1’s celebrity dating show Rock of Love.

Bret and his new GF, former Rock contestant Ambre Lake, have decided to hand over the show to a single star.

“He’s perfect for TV. If you thought Bret (Michaels) was must see TV, you ain’t seen anything yet. Richie is going to be a train wreck looking for love,” a sources tells OK! Magazine.

Heather and Daisy will throw down on the Rock of Love 2 Reunion Show, airing next Sunday night on VH1. Typically chick fight, complete with lots of hair tugging and arm-slapping. (Yawn!)

Bret Michaels has a new Rock of Love. The former Poison star selected thirty-seven year old Ambre during the reality hit’s Season 2 finale on Sunday night.

“She is perfect for me,” Bret declared of his new lady. “She is not only smart and confident and funny, but she’s also unbelievably hot.”

Poison rocker Bret Michaels has been added to a breach-of-contract lawsuit filed Friday against the producers of his hit VH1 reality series Rock of Love. The show stands accused of vandalizing the $9 million Encino mansion where they filmed the series’ second season last winter.

Ray Sahranavard claims at least $380,000 worth of damage was done to his estate, including holes in the walls and ceilings and missing doors. Ray claims most of his grass and outdoor plants have died and the entire interior of the mansion needed a fresh coat of paint
