Another celebrity dodges the DUI bullet. Richie Sambora has pleaded No Contest to two misdemeanor counts of DUI. The forty-eight year-old Bon Jovi guitarist was arrested for Driving Under the Influence in Laguna Beach, California on March 25th as he traveled with his ten year old daughter with ex-wife Heather Locklear, another minor, and unidentified female in his Hummer. Sambora’s blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was reportedly .13. As part of his plea deal, Richie, who checked into Utah’s Cirque Lodge Rehab Facility for alcohol dependency last June,will be forced to serve three years probation, attend first-offender alcohol awareness class for three months, and shell out approximately $1,600 in court fees.

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora could face child endangerment charges after being arrested for driving in the influence with his ten year old daughter in the car. Ava, who is Richie’s daughter with ex-wife Heather Locklear, an additional minor, and an unidentified women were in the car with him when he was stopped on suspicion of DUI in Laguna Beach on Tuesday night.

Alcohol-addicted rocker Richie Sambora was arrested in Laguna Beach, California on Tuesday night for suspicion of driving under the influence. Richie was pulled over in a black Hummer at 10:52 p.m after he an on-duty officer spotted him weaving within traffic lanes. He is due in Harbor Municipal court on May 7th.
