Rebecca Gayheart has confirmed reports that she’s expecting her first child with husband Eric Dane
“We’ve always wanted to be parents. I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom. We’re absolutely looking forward to it,” she comes clean with the baby news in the Nov. 23 issue of In Touch.
Gayheart — who previously struggled with a drug addiction and was featured in an “erotic” video with her Grey’s Anatomy star spouse last summer — says her pregnancy has been a very healthy one: “I’m doing yoga, and I’m walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour. I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein. I’m having a great, great time right now and loving my life.”
Grey’s Anatomy actor Eric Dane and his reportedly pregnant wife Rebecca Gayheart have filed suit agaisnt the parent company of a blog that posted their so-called “McSteamy Nude Video” online last month.
The couple is suing Gawker Media for more than $1 million, claiming copyright infringement after its popular Defamer blog published footage of the impaired pair romping nude with drug-addicted former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche in a 12-minute home video.
The lawsuit Gawker was warned that posting the video violated the couple’s legal and privacy rights, but that the blog “went on to maliciously distribute an uncensored copy” of the tape. Defamer posted edited footage of the trio in which Gayheart and Peniche’s breasts were exposed.
“To quote the great Marty Singer – Eric Dane’s lawyer – if you don’t want a sex tape on the internet, ‘don’t make one!’” Nick Denton, publisher of Gawker, Tweeted in response to the suit.
Troubled country star Mindy McCready is denying reports of her involvement in the leak of a “naked home video,” featuring Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane, his Rebecca Gayheart, and McCready’s former roommate, model Kari Ann Peniche.
According to Kari Ann, Mindy – her co-star on the third season of Celebrity Rehab - stole her hard drive, which contained the footage. Mindy says she had no part in leaking the tape, which surfaced online on Monday and featured the trio in the nude, with Kari Ann and Rebecca sharing a bathtub.

Eric and Rebecca’s nude video shocker could send McSteamy to the unemployment line.
TV fans were shocked when a home video featuring Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart (better known as “The Noxzema Girl” to Children of the ’90s) romping around naked with disgraced ex-Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peninche surfaced online this week.
In the video — first posted on Gawker’s Defamer website on Aug. 17 — the obviously impaired trio discuss porn names and bathe nude with rubber duckies. At one point in the recording, Rebecca can be heard warning Kari to “erase everything.”

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating “criminal activity” in the so-called McSteamy threesome sex tape. On Monday, video footage of Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane, his “Noxzema Girl” wife Rebecca Gayheart, and former Miss Teen USA-turned-Celebrity Rehab resident Kari Ann Peniche high out of their minds and in various states of undress hit the Interwebs.

For those who care: Former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche — one-third of the sandwich featured in the McSteamy/Noxzema Tits Threesome Tape — claims her former roommate, coked-up country star Mindy McCready, hijacked her hard drive and sold the explosive tape after the one-time Celebrity Rehab castmates sparred over money.
“Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape.’ It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability,” Martin Singer, attorney for Dane and Gayheart, said in a statement late Monday.

Some “Anatomy” has hit the Net — and it ain’t “Grey’s.” Eric Dane, best known for his role as “Dr. McSteamy” on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, and his wife, ’90s-era Noxzema Girl Rebecca Gayheart, are featured in a new sex tape, filmed with former Miss Teen USA 2002 Kari Ann Peniche-turned-Celebrity Rehab contestant sometime after the couple’s wedding in 2004.
On Monday, Gawker posted excerpts from a tape that appears to feature the stars and the former beauty nude in a bedroom and a bathroom.
In the 12-minute-clip, all three appear to be intoxicated as they take a bath in a jacuzzi tub and lay around naked in bed discussing their porn names. “I need to lay down too,” Gayheart can be heard saying from behind the camera at one point. “I’m very high.”
We’re not sure what’s more frightening; the fact that celebs still haven’t figured out how to keep their naughty bits off the Interwebs or that The National Enquirer has been uncharacteristically accurate as of late.
