Thomas Beatie – who reached international fame as the “World’s First Pregnant Man” – is pitching a television reality series to Oxygen and TLC, The New York Daily News has revealed.

The pilot is tentatively titled Meet The Beaties and will feature Thomas’ double mastectomy, as will as his life with wife, Nancy, and their young children Susan and Austin, born earlier this year.

Thomas Beatie, a post-op transsexual who made headlines in 2008 for becoming the world’s first pregnant man, has given birth to his second child.

Thomas, a former beauty queen who now now identifies as a man, gave birth to a baby boy on Tuesday morning, ABC News is reporting.

The still unnamed tot joins big sister Susan, born last June.

Thomas’ wife, Nancy, will breastfeed the baby boy, as she did Susan.
