Pamela Anderson has sparked debate about whether or she recently underwent plastic surgery on her face after the former beach bunny stunned onlookers when she arrived in Miami Beach this past weekend looking 20 again–and less than a month after hitting the runway beaten and battered at the Richie Rich Fashion Show in New York City in February.

Demi Moore is using the social networking site Twitter to issue an urgent warning to one very special fan.

The actress wants to get in touch with Lisa Connell, a terminally ill British woman whose dying wish is to undergo cosmetic surgery to look just like the Striptease star.

Lisa decided to have liposuction, breast enhancement, an eyebrow lift, and skin and teeth work after she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor in 2006. The 29-year-old is prepared to fork over 80,000 on the massive cosmetic procedures so that she can die bearing a resemblance to her favorite actress.

“People think I’m crazy for doing this,” Lisa explained in an interview with the UK press on Sunday. “But I know it will make my last months or years happier. When I was young I used to watch Demi Moore in films like Ghost and I longed to look like her.”

“I want to die beautiful, so this is my way of taking back control of my body.”

Demi, for one, believes Lisa is beautiful just the way she is and has reached out to her via her 20,000 follower strong Twitter page.

“Wish I could contact this woman Lisa Connell who wants to have surgery to look like me and encourage her to not to!” Demi wrote on Monday. “She is a beautiful girl!”

“We all start to look a certain way in our 40s….At my age, you have to look good if you want to continue working. Sometimes we do things to help, and I did. I had tried Botox, and then fillers came into the plastic surgery world, and you think, ‘That’s not a bad idea.’”

So why is Lisa coming forward about her plastic surgery nightmare now? Basically she’s hoping to get us all to shut up.

“They’re calling me on it, and it’s time to say, ‘You’re right, I did too much, now let’s all back off.”

“I see that it’s too much, so I’m going to lay off,” she adds.

Paris Hilton is profusely proclaiming her opposition to cosmetic surgery. In her upcoming move Repo! The Genetic Opera, Paris plays plastic surgery addict “Amber Sweet,” but in reality, the notorious hotel heiress says she would never consider going under the knife.

Yeah, right. The phrase B!t@h, Please springs to mind, but let’s hear her out.

“I love being all-natural,” Paris says in a new promotional interview with The Daily Beast, adding that people who undergo plastic surgery don’t necessarily improve their looks.

“They make themselves look older. A lot of girls who are 21, they have a lot of work done and they look 40. It ages you. And you’re going to have to maintain it. By the time you’re 30, you’re going to look like you’re 50. By the time you’re 50, your face is going to fall off.”

Hollywood is a sick place. Someone this young should not be thinking about surgery.

When Aniston took the stage Tuesday evening to accept her People’s Choice Award she appeared much more buxom than she had just weeks before. Is it plastic surgery or just a really, really good bra? Perhaps Jen and Britney can team up to be the new faces of Victoria’s Secret, thus enabling pop culture vultures worldwide to invent new, stupid names for them (my money’s on Jitney).
