Gawker is reporting that sharp-tongued and out of shape celebrity tattle Perez Hilton will be saddling up atop a treadmill for the upcoming season of VH1 Celebrity Fit Club.

The bitter relationship between Avril Lavigne and celebrity tattle Perez Hilton has prompted the reformed-SK8ter girl to create a new blog that’s all about hating Perez.

Perez Hilton is the latest celeb to be sued by federal inmate/notorious celebrity ’suer’ Jonathan Lee Riches. Jonathan, housed in a South Carolina prison for fraud, claims he carried on a sexual relationship with the gay Perez and once bought the blogger a $23,000 diamond ring. Read the rest of this entry »

Zomba sued PerezHilton.com for copyright infringement on Thursday. The recording group says the gossip Web site illegally posted recordings by pop singer Britney Spears. Zomba claims Perez illegally obtained and posted at least ten completed songs and unfinished demos from Brit’s Blackout LP.

On Wednesday, Jive Records moved up the Blackout U.S. release date to October 30th and the international release a day earlier because some recordings had been leaked online.

Perez Hilton has been summoned to court to face questioning over claims that he made accusing Samantha Ronson of selling gossip about former friend Lindsay Lohan to the press. The DJ filed a defamation lawsuit against Perez in July after he accused her of being responsible for the cocaine found in Lohan’s car following her first arrest for driving under the influence.
