Miley Cyrus says she has no longer has any ill feelings toward her ex-boyfriend, Nick Jonas, and his famous brothers.
“I love Nicky,” the Hannah Montana star said in a video posted on her Miley World web site on Wednesday. “….We are friends.”
“I do love him. I love Kevin. I love Joe. I love Frankie. I love all the boys and I love their family. So everyone should back off the feud cause we’re over it.”
Miley hit song “7 Things” was inspired by the star’s messy 2007 split with Nick.
Nick Jonas is a member of The Jonas Brothers, a band consisting of himself and his brothers Kevin and Joe. He only recently turned 16, but he’s had quite an eventful life already, performing on Broadway as a child before eventually becoming a Disney star and best selling recording artist. Teens everywhere follow his every move, constantly debating and wondering just who he’s dating (Miley Cyrus? Selena Gomez? Demi Lovato? Etc.).

Miley Cyus opens up about her quiet split with musician Nick Jonas in the September 2008 issue of Seventeen Magazine, which will hit newsstands just The Jonas Brothers debut their new album, A Lil Bit Longer, August 12.
“We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met,” Miley told Seventeen of Nick. “He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, ‘I think you’re beautiful and I really like you.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.’”
“At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black….When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights – and so I did that, and I got myself looking great,” Miley tells Seventeen.
“And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, ‘I want to make my hair black now – I don’t want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core’. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, ‘I’ve got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am.’” Nothing like a little goth to heal a broken heart!”
Despite a denial from the Disney starlet herself, sources for multiple celebrity weeklies claims 16 year-old Selena Gomez is dating musician Nick Jonas, the youngest member of the teen pop band The Jonas Brothers. E! is even reporting that the young beauty wrote and dedicated a song, entitled “Head First,” to Nick.
“They were writing lyrics for the bridge, and she was saying how Nick makes her so mad when he doesn’t call her back,” the source tells E! News about the tune, titled “Head First.” “The verse was definitely written about Nick Jonas.”
