John Graziano, 24, left the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital with his mother Wednesday morning. In August 2007, Nick crashed into a palm tree in Clearwater while racing with a second vehicle. Graziano, a passenger in the car, will need lifetime medical care as a result of his injuries.

Nick served five months in jail for causing the crash.

Last March, Graziano’s family filed an auto negligence civil lawsuit against Nick, his wrestler dad Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, his mother Linda Bollea and friend Daniel Jacob, alleging they were negligent in their actions which led to Graziano’s injuries.

The family is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.

The 18-year-old served 160 days of a eight-month sentence for felony reckless driving. Nick pleaded no contest last May to charges stemming from an accident that left his friend John Graziano in a minimally conscious state.

Nick Hogan is being released from jail tomorrow and his sister Brooke Hogan is hoping the unforgiving public will remain kind to her baby brother.

The star of VH1’s Brooke Knows Best announced the news in a post on her MySpace Celebrity blog on Monday.

“As you all know, my [brother’s getting] out tomorrow… I cant (sic) even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me,” Brooke wrote. “Nick and I are like best friends…and [I] cant believe how long [I’ve] gone without him.”

Nick was sentenced to eight months in jail in May after pleading no contents to felony reckless driving. His friend, John Graziano, has been in a vegatative state since the accident in August 2007.

“Some people wish terrible terrible things on us and say the the (sic) most nasty comments that I can’t even repeat on here,” she wrote. “It really hurts. I understand people have their own opinion, but most of the people that come up to us don’t know the whole story, or how much we really really love John.”

“[It’s] really sad, because [we’re] not bad people,” Brooke continued. “[We’re] just going through a really hard time, and so is John’s family. I feel sorry for the people who are misinformed because all they have to go off of is the media… I didn’t come on here to vent, and I know this still wont change [people’s] opinion or what they think about my family. But I know that you never really know, until you actually walk in [someone’s] shoes. And that goes in all directions. All I ask, is instead of making this harder, and putting evil things out there, you pray for John and for us, and leave words of inspiration.”

Nick Hogan will be released from a Florida jail on October 21. The 18-year-old son of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan is being sprung from the pokey three months early after earning credits for good behavior and working.

“They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don’t do anything bad while they’re here, they get to use the credits,” a jail official told People Magazine.

In May, Nick was sentenced to an eight month jail sentence on charges stemming from a nearly fatal August 26, 2007 crash that left his friend John Graziano III on life support. Graziano now requires lifelong care.

Brooke Hogan has taken to her Myspace blog to lash out against reports that she didn’t visit her younger brother Nick in jail on his 18th birthday on Sunday.

In an entry entitled “Stupid People of the Press,” the 20-year-old VH1 reality star viciously writes:

“Here’s how stupid and inaccurate the media can be… According to the press I didn’t show up to my brothers 18th birthday at the jail. Lets see… *he’s in jail; *Its an important birthday…the big 18!!! *I’m only a four hour drive to Tampa; *He’s the most important thing in my life.

Needless to say, I WAS there for my brother on his birthday because he is my best friend and NOTHING comes before family.”

Happy Birthday, Nick. You’re going to Big Boy Prison! Nick Bollea will celebrate his 18th birthday this Sunday by moving from a juvenile prison into an adult facility.

“Nick will be reclassified when he turns 18 on Sunday, July 27,” Nick’s attorney explains. “How the sheriff handles Nick’s situation at the Pinellas County facility at that time is at the [discretion] of the sheriff, and it is premature to judge what those housing conditions might be.”
“We will be monitoring the situation with the hope that any adjustment to Nick’s housing that the sheriff might make is appropriate and proper,” he added.

The one-time reality personality is currently serving an eight-month sentence on a felony charge of reckless driving in relation to an August 2007 crash that left former Marine John Graziano is permanent vegetative state.

(Serves him right. Let’s hope Nick learns a little something about being responsible for our actions. The Hogans better run for cover. TMZ has obtained the audio of some threatening voicemails sent to Hulk Hogan by a person suspected to be Frank Graziano, the brother of John Graziano, the young Marine paralyzed in Nick Hogan’s August 2007 car crash. Frank thinks the Hogans are a family of “whores” and he can hardly wait for the day when he can “piss on their graves.”

Hogan Family Threatening Voicemails

Hulk Hogan has gone on damage control after being exposed as an insensitive fraud by recorded jail conversations with his incarcerated seventeen year old son, Nick. During an appearance on Tuesday’s Larry King Live, Hulk admitted he made some negative comments about Nick’s paralyzed victim, John Graziano, during the recorded during phone calls, including discussing a future reality show for Nick, but the former wrestler says that was only to “protect him physically because his mental state was unraveling.”

Hulk also confirmed that his estranged wife Linda is dating local teenager, Charlie Hill.

“[The woman] that I’m dating is 34 years old and it’s not one of Brooke’s friends and from the reports I’m hearing, my wife is dating a 19-year-old.”

“It was like the whole world [was] crashing down on my son. Solitary confinement — most hardened criminals unravel after two or three days. Nick survived in there 28-29 days,” Hulk told Larry. “During that period of time as I’m sitting there, 28 or 29 days, hardly any sleep, I did everything I could to laugh, to cry with my son.”

“I was trying to help [to] give Nick some type of relief because he [was] consumed with the unknown. I was just trying to explain to him that it’s ‘God’s hands’ or it’s ‘God’s will.’ That’s what people have said for thousands of years and did I say things wrong? Yes. I am I sorry.”

Nick Hogan’s getting some company in the Big House. The seventeen year old son of Hulk Hogan has been transferred out of solitary confinement into a communal cell Pinellas County Jail in West Florida. Nick is now sharing living space with three other juvenile inmates.

Nick Hogan filed suit against the Pinellas County, Florida Sheriff’s Department on Monday, accusing law enforcement officials of violating his right privacy. Lawyers for the seventeen year old son of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan claim correctional officers released recorded telephone calls between Nick and his parents, Hulk and Linda, without authorization.

Nick is serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to causing the August 2007 car crash that seriously injured his friend, former Marine John Graziano. In a set of taped recordings leaked to the press two weeks ago, the Hogans can be heard blasting John as a “negative person” and accusing the Graziano family of being frauds. John has been in a persistent vegetative state since last Summer’s crash.
