Reported health problems aren’t keeping Michael Jackson away from the music. The King of Pop has reportedly started discussions about collaborationg with recently reformed boyband New Kids On The Block.

The singer, who turns 50 August 29th, held a business meeting with Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight in Las Vegas last week, a new report claims.

“Pocketful of Sunshine” singer/ Nastasha Bedingfield has been selected as the opening act for the eagerly-awaited 2008 New Kids On The Block Reunion Tour. NKOTB returns to the stage with a stop in Toronto September 18th-19th. The tour wraps up in Los Angeles on November 26th.

The recently reunited NKOTB debuted their first music video in more than fourteen years on VH1 on Sunday.

VH1.com has posted a forty-five second clip of the music video for “Summertime,” the track serves as the comeback single for the recently reunited New Kids On The Block. The entire video will premiere June 8th at 2pm on VH1 and VH1.com.

And the appearance before a rain-soaked crowd on NBC’s Today Show proved the New Men are still “Hangin’ Tough” over a decade later. New Kids on the Block have expanded their 2007 reunion tour after their original string ofdates sold out in minutes. Hint Water is celebrating the twentieth anniversary of New Kids on the Block’s landmark album, “Hangin Tough,” by creating a limited edition tribute bottle. The collectible drinks were passed out to fans who were waiting for the reunited boy band to perform on the Today Show Summer Concert Series on Friday.

New Kids on the Block appeared on NBC’s Today show on Friday. The 90s era boy band will accompany Miley Cyrus live in concert Z100’s Zootopia Concert in New York City this evening. Donnie, Danny, Jordan, Jonathan, and Joey treated fans to a medley of their old school hits, like “Step by Step” and “Hangin’ Tough,” in addition to their new single, “Summertime.”
