The Bad Girl of Babymaking and her brood of 14 are facing a dilemma all too real in these tough economic times: foreclosure.
Octomom Nadya Suleman could soon be out on the streets after a man who says he owns the mortgage to her two-story, four bedroom Southern California home initiated eviction proceedings against her this week.
Amer Haddadin says Nadya’s dad, Ed Suleman, purchased the home on a quiet cul-de-sac in La Habra in 2009, under a deal in which Haddadin would carry the $450,000 loan for a year until the family could provide a down payment. More than a year later, The Sulemans have yet to fork over the cash. Nadya is also unable to maintain the $4,139 monthly payment on the balloon mortgage, and is currently at least a month behind.
“What they are doing is not right, and I am going to take them to court,” Haddadin told KABC Channel 7 Thursday. “They are not cooperating with me.”
After raising even more questions about her mental stability with an appearance on The View Wednesday, Octomom Nadya Suleman — a mother of 14 — spent her last night in the Big Apple clubbing at Manhattan hotspots Greenhouse and Tenjune in the company of a Birkin handbag- toting fashionisto. TMZ writes: “Sources say that while Octomom’s 14 kids were being watched by a rusty trusty nanny (or left home alone), Nadya was partying it up past 2 AM at Tenjune and Greenhouse. In her defense, she had a pretty low-key night, and wasn’t seen drinking or dancing….”
If she has time to hang out in the Meatpacking District, she has time to get a real job. Just sayin’…..

Octomom Nadya Suleman, the California woman who became a tabloid darling when she birthed the world’s first surviving set of octuplets in Jan. 2009, visited the ladies of The View on Wednesday, where the gals grilled her on a host of topics, including her future plan, fertility treatments, and her mental stability.
Nadya Suleman (AKA “Octomom”) will be on The View on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
The mother of 14 — who is said to be in talks for a gig with the Game Show Network — will make her first appearance as a guest on the daytime program next week, ABC told the press on Thursday. Suleman and her children have been a frequent topic of debate on The View since the unemployed single mom gained international attention for giving birth to the second full set of octuplets born alive in the United States back in January 2009.
