Disney “Camp Rock” Movie Premiere June 20th-23rd

Disney’s new Jonas Brothers-assisted original movie Camp Rock will debut via a major television event. Camp Rock will air on the Disney Channel, ABC, ABC Family, Radio Disney and Disney.com on June 20 - 23. The Camp Rock Original Soundtrack will release June 17th, followed by a DVD release hitting stores on Aug. 19th.

“Sex And The City” Movie Premiere Fashion Feud

The notorious rivalry between the women of Sex and the City remained at bay just long enough for film producers to bring the now-defunct HBO hit series to the big screen, but now it all appears to be coming apart at the seams-over designer duds and fashion statements at next month’s World Premiere of Sex and the City: The Movie.

Madonna “Casablanca” Remake

Madonn has big plans to relaunch her film career with a remake of the classic 1942 movie Casablanca. Madge is interested in modernizing the Humphrey Bogart/Ingrid Bergman epic with a new flick filmed in war-ravaged Iraq.

“She wants to update the story and maybe set it in a modern war zone such as Iraq. There is no script yet. Madonna and her people are testing the waters to see if this is the right vehicle for her and if a major studio will get behind the project.” Read the rest of this entry »
