There was nothing innocent about Miley Cyrus’ dance routine at the Teen Choice Awards in Universal City last night.
Miles appeared older than her 16 years as she cavorted around a pole dressed in mini-shorts and black leather boots as she performed her new single, “Party In The USA.”
The 2009 Teen Choice Awards, hosted by The Jonas Brothers, will air on Monday, August 10 @ 8PM on FOX.
Miley is giving you the clothes off her back.
The teen queen is holding an eBay auction to sell off some personal items to raise money for her family charity, The Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation.
The auction runs through Aug. 13.
Miley Cyrus has been granted a temporary restraining order against a CooCoo For Cocoa Puffs middle-aged stalker who claims the teen starlet is his “secret wife.”
According to a court order issued by a Georgia judge on Wednesday, 53-year-old Mark Owen McLeod “has knowingly and willingly committed repeated acts of stalking against Miley Cyrus, her family, friends, fellow employees and employers.” Read the rest of this entry »
Miley Cyrus is set to perform her latest single, “Party In The USA,” at The 2009 Teen Choice Awards, hosted by The Jonas Brothers and airing Monday, Aug. 10 @ 8 PM ET/PT.
In a recent rambling on her Twitter page, Miley Cyrus revealed that the only man she can rely on is Jesus.
Miley — who recently split from underwear model Justin Gaston — dated Nick Jonas for almost two years and the pair have been photographed together several times since she ended her relationship with Gaston. The Hannah Montana star admits she has been let down a lot by men in recent months but knows Christ will always be there for her.
She wrote on her Twitter page: “Talking to the one man who keeps his promise. One man who really understands ‘unconditional love’ – Jesus.”

Police in Tybee Island, Georgia have fallen under public scrutiny after a middle-aged man accused of stalking teen starlet Miley Cyrus was released from a local jail due to overcrowding.
“If we had heard something about this guy supposedly being a stalker or he had been charged with a felony he wouldn’t have been released,“ says Chatham County Sheriff Al St Lawrence.

Sure, he’s profane, but is Eminem really a “living legend?” At least one teen icon thinks so.
“Rockin’ out to ‘Stan’ by Eminem,” Miley Cyrus wrote in a Tweet Wednesday. “Wow. He is a genius. I love how his music tell a story. His music means something.”
She further praised the hitmaker in a later Twitter post, adding, “He is a living legend.”

According to Walmart.com, the uptempo “Feel Good” song will be featured on the Teen Queen’s forthcoming album, expected to debut the fall.
We hear that this version is the pre-edited version and in the final version, Miley uses Kanye’s name instead of Jay-Z’s when she sings the verse “And Jay-Z was playing on the radio.”

Hairspray stars Zac Efron and Brittany Snow have reportedly been approached to star alongside Miley Cyrus in a motion picture remake of the motion picture and small screen hit Gidget.
According to MovieHole.com, Miley is being courted to play waverider Gidget in a project that would bring the classic back to television. Zac — who Miley recently admitted to crushing on — would play her love interest.
Actress Sandra Dee originated the role of in Paul Wendkos’s 1959 film actress — Oscar-winning star Sally Field took over the role in a shortlived TV series a few years later.
Connor Cruise is smitten with Miley Cyrus. The 14-year-old son of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman has reportedly fallen hard for the mini-maneater after shadowin her on the set of her hit Disney show Hannah Montana.
Connor, who played Will Smith as a boy in 2008’s Seven Pounds, wants to become an actor. His pintsized pop thought meeting Miley would be a good influence on the young star’s rising career — but Connor couldn’t help crushing on Miley — who recently split from 20-year-old former underwear model Justin Gaston.
