Teen singing star recently debuted a new spring/summer look in the form of pigtails and a dream catcher tattoo — but the revamped Miles had some interesting (Read: Controversial…) things to say when quizzed about her forthcoming tour of Australia, the singer/actress’ first trek Down Under since launching her career at Disney more than five years ago.
Turns out, Cyrus is ditching America for the Land of Kiwi & Kangaroo. The ex-Hannah Montana star gets such a hard time in her home country, she’s refusing to tour here, instead choosing to hang out in places where she still has actual fans.
Go figure.

Miley has hopped back into the world of social media after rejoining Twitter over the weekend. The move marks Miley’s return to the microblogging hub more than a year after she abandoned her more than 1 million subscribers, citing privacy concerns. After taking the advice of her on-again/off-again flame Liam Hemsworth and quitting Twitter in 2009, the young star has returned via her upcoming world tour’s account.
“Yo guys! Its MC! Thank you so much for my KCA! =] PS I am taking over the Gypsy Heart twitter! Gotta keep ya posted on tour <3 come see me!,” she Tweeted on Sunday. ” Goal 1. Get 1,000,000 followers!” she later added. So far, the tour account only has just over 58,000 followers.

The controversial teen pop star spoke to The Daily Telegraph ahead of her upcoming tour in Australia, starting this June, and she doesn’t speak highly of musical artists who find stardom after first finding a fanbase on YouTube.
