
Michelle Pfeiffer thinks the U.S. government should consider legalizing prostitution.
The 54-year-old actress, who plays a “Lady of the Night” in Stephen Frears’ new period piece, Cheri, is wondering why the ”world’s oldest profession” has been banned throughout most of the United States.
“There is an argument to be made for providing some protection for prostitutes. It would solve a lot of problems for them. They’re going to do it anyway,” Michelle remarked in one recent interview.
