We wonder if Michael’s new pal knows that the accused vagina kicker is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of assaulting former fiancee Kate Major — the same tabloid reporter he’s also accused of hawking nude pictures of?

This week, attorneys for Jon Gosselin’s former flame fired a letter to her ex-fiance Lohan, who Major claims took nude pictures of her while she slept and has been trying to unload them without her consent.
